About Alec Maldonado

Alec Maldonado is a Partner and Head of the Brokerage at Rarefied Real Estate Partners, LLC.

With his many years of experience in the real estate industry and vast contact network, Alec has the drive and desire to take all of Rarefied’s customers and clients to the next level in real estate servicing. He wholly adopts the luxury-boutique, concierge nature of Rarefied’s business model and goes above and beyond to ensure success. Prior to joining Rarefied Real Estate Partners Alec was a licensed agent at Transwestern, an international commercial real estate firm, where he worked along side Rick Rizzuto. He also worked for Procore Technologies in New York, NY and WS Development and Asset Management in Boston, MA. Prior to his real estate career, Alec earned his Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University in Boston, MA where he also was a NCAA Division 1 baseball player.
